Productive Georgia State linebacker with proven backfield disruption
McKay profiles as a physical inside linebacker who has already shown he can finish plays in the backfield, with a Georgia State career line that includes 64 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, and 5 sacks, plus a 17-tackle, 2.5-TFL season that featured 2 sacks[8]. His appeal is the blend of run-stopping toughness and pressure production from the second level, which is exactly the kind of trait package that matters beyond box-score tackles[8]. Recruiting profiles list him as an inside linebacker from Buena Vista, Georgia, committed to Georgia State, and ESPN’s player page confirms he is on the Panthers’ roster[2][1].
