Depth-Chart OL with Proven Run-Game Value
Zach Idris is a Davidson offensive lineman whose clearest value comes in the trenches: in 2019, he appeared in six games and helped power a Wildcats rushing attack that averaged 322.6 yards per game, which ranked second in FCS that season. That makes him a fit for teams that want a disciplined, physical interior presence rather than flash—an OL who can help create movement in the run game and do the dirty work consistently. Publicly available sources offer limited recent detail, so his current evaluation is best read through that proven run-blocking profile.
