Aydan Decker-Petty gives Liberty a long, live-armed RHP with upside and a quick strikeout path
In the 2026 season, the 6-foot-5 senior right-hander has worked as a high-usage reliever for Liberty, flashing swing-and-miss stuff with 28 strikeouts in 22.0 innings but also some volatility, reflected in a 6.55 ERA and command hiccups. He entered college with a strong projection profile and quick arm, and his Indiana track record showed he could miss bats in bigger samples. If your team wants a big-bodied, competitive arm with upside and late-inning ingredients, he’s interesting; if you need precision and plug-and-play consistency, the risk is real.
