In the 2025 season, Tymon Wells emerged as a reliable Jackson State starter at defensive tackle, posting 28 tackles, five tackles for loss, two sacks, four quarterback hurries and a fumble recovery. He’s the kind of DL who wins with leverage, mass and consistency rather than flash, and at 6-foot-1, 311 pounds he brings real plug-the-gap value inside.
