Marshall’s steady Saturday arm with swing-and-miss upside
In the 2025 season, Griffin Miller emerged as a reliable right-handed starter for Marshall, finishing with a 7-4 record, a 3.18 ERA, and 67 strikeouts in 79.1 innings, good enough for All-Sun Belt Second Team honors. He pairs strike-throwing with bat-missing ability, and he’s shown the durability to work deep into games, which makes him a real fit for teams needing a composed, competitive RHP who can stabilize a weekend rotation. His rise from a 4.98 ERA as a freshman to front-line conference recognition suggests a pitcher trending the right way.
