St. Bonaventure's Rising Catcher with Elite Pop Times and Power Potential
Freshman catcher Brian Carrothers, a 2024 Perfect Game High Follow (NY #24, National #781), brings pro-level tools to St. Bonaventure with a blistering 2.03 pop time, 81-82 mph infield velocity, and a dominant senior HS slash of .364/.507 with two homers—earning All-Conference nods at both C and 1B. Versatile R/R athlete from Albany, NY (born 2006), his raw arm strength and plate discipline scream future draft riser; ideal for teams needing a high-energy backstop with leadership upside and no known injury flags.
