Dwight Mathews brings veteran wing versatility to Widener
Dwight Mathews is a seasoned 6-foot-4 guard/forward for Widener who gives the Pride lineup some nice two-way flexibility and a dependable floor-spacer profile. In the 2024-25 season, he played in five games, and Widener listed him again on the 2025-26 roster, suggesting he remains in the mix as a depth piece with experience. His fit is simple and appealing: a multi-position wing who can survive multiple matchups, add shooting depth, and understand the college game without needing the ball to be the whole show.
