Purdue Fort Wayne's Hulking Canadian Forward with Untapped Potential
At 6-7 and 265 pounds, Josh Inkumsah brings rare size and physicality as a redshirt freshman for the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons, boasting high school averages of 12.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game at London Basketball Academy. His 2019-20 college debut showed modest 0.9 PPG, 1.2 RPG, and 31.3 FG% in limited minutes, hinting at raw power needing polish. Strengths include rebounding tenacity and interior presence, ideal for teams seeking a developmental big with NBA-frame upside—perfect bench muscle if he builds consistency and shot efficiency.
