young guard with room to grow in Peru State’s backcourt
Jack Vankat is a freshman guard for Peru State in the 2025-26 season, listed at 6-foot-1 and from Omaha, Nebraska[1][2]. The public roster pages do not show season statistics yet, so the key takeaway is projection: he appears to be an early-development backcourt piece rather than a proven production engine[2][3]. If you value a guard with local roots and upside, he’s a watch-list prospect; if you need an established stat-line driver right now, the current public data doesn’t yet support that case[1][2].
