Mike McGuirl brings veteran guard toughness, perimeter pop, and real rebounding juice
McGuirl is a battle-tested Kansas State guard whose value goes beyond scoring: in his senior-season run, he showed the ability to handle the ball, create modestly for others, and chip in on the glass while playing with a steady, hard-nosed edge. He’s a useful fit for teams that need experience, defensive activity, and a guard who can stretch the floor, though his efficiency has fluctuated and he is not a pure shot-creator. The appeal is his toughness, versatility, and big-game poise, including proven production in high-pressure moments.
