Luke Elmore is Air Force’s versatile bat with pop and production
In the 2026 season, Luke Elmore has been a run-driving engine for Air Force, earning Mountain West Player of the Week honors and a spot on the 2026 MW All-Tournament Team after batting .615 in conference tournament play with 3 home runs, 8 hits, and 8 runs scored. He backed that up with a .305 average, 8 homers, 54 RBIs, and 16 doubles in 55 games, showing real middle-of-the-order value. The appeal: he’s a versatile, high-motor hitter who seems to rise in big moments—very coach-friendly, very lineup-friendly.
