Right-Handed Pitcher with Strikeout Upside at Middle Tennessee State
Landen Burch is a right-handed pitcher for Middle Tennessee State who has demonstrated solid strikeout ability, fanning 30 batters in 34 innings during the 2023 season with a 2-3 record. His standout performances came against Norfolk State and Princeton, where he combined for 9.1 innings with just five hits allowed and 14 strikeouts. While his 6.88 ERA suggests control issues to refine, Burch's ability to miss bats and deliver in high-leverage matchups shows promise for a pitcher still developing his craft in the D1 ranks.
