Courtney Donahue brings proven strikeout pedigree to Mizzou’s circle
Donahue entered Missouri with elite JUCO credentials and a reputation for missing bats, capped by being named the 2024 TUCCI/NFCA NJCAA DII Pitcher of the Year after leading the division in strikeouts, shutouts, complete games and WHIP at DMACC.[2][8] At Mizzou, she has already shown she can contribute in pressure spots, including her first career save and multiple relief appearances in 2026 team coverage.[5][10] The fit is strongest for a staff that values command, competitiveness and a pitcher with both high-end upside and strong academic/makeup indicators.[1][8]
