Angie Yellen is San Diego State’s steady, multi-tool spark plug
In the 2026 season, Angie Yellen has been a high-impact utility bat for San Diego State, ranking 29th nationally in assists and 41st in assists per game while also providing real run production and versatility. She’s the kind of player coaches love: reliable glove, timely contact, and enough offensive pop to change a game without needing four swings to do it. Her 2026 line and recent big moments suggest a tough, adaptable competitor who fits a team that values defense, depth, and gritty production.
