Travis Sanders is a high-contact, impact middle-infield bat with power and speed
Sanders emerged in 2025 as one of Baylor’s most productive all-around hitters, batting .335 with 8 home runs, 25 RBIs, 8 stolen bases and 16 multi-hit games while earning All-Big 12 honorable mention and a national top-25 second-base ranking from D1Baseball. He brings real lineup value because he combines bat-to-ball skill, gap power, and enough speed to pressure defenses, and his walk-off homer plus multiple two-homer games show impact ability in big moments. The main caution is workload: he’s already dealt with a prior injury and remains a transfer/role-adjustment candidate as he moves into a new program.[4][11][6]
