Xavier’s steady two-way floor general with pro-level poise
Dayvion McKnight is the kind of guard coaches trust: in the 2024-25 season at Xavier, he averaged 9.6 points, 4.2 assists and 1.4 steals while starting 34 games, and his value goes beyond the box score because he brings veteran composure, defensive edge and real playmaking feel. He’s not a flashy shot-creator, but he’s a connector who can run offense, pressure the ball and make winning plays. If your team wants toughness, stability and a guard who embraces the grind, he’s a strong fit.
