Brown’s high-leverage bullpen arm keeps getting outs
In the 2025 season, Brown RHP Stiles Begnaud emerged as a reliable bullpen weapon, leading Ivy League pitchers with 21 appearances and posting 29 strikeouts in 25.2 innings while holding opponents to a .211 average. He’s a 6-foot, 195-pound senior with a proven feel for relief work, toughness in back-to-back appearances, and the kind of calm, strike-throwing profile coaches love in close games. The big appeal: he’s not just durable, he’s effective in leverage, including an eight-outing scoreless streak and multiple winning relief appearances.
