Efficient Floor Spacer: Brian Dawkins Completes Elon Career as Reliable, Hard-Working Forward
Dawkins wrapped up his Elon Phoenix tenure as one of the program's most dependable forwards, finishing just 38 points shy of 1,000 career points (962 total). The 6'8" Jacksonville native was a model of efficiency, shooting 50.4% from the floor while averaging 8.5 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. Known for his work ethic and consistency rather than flashy athleticism, Dawkins represents the type of glue-guy forward who thrives in team-oriented systems. His shooting touch and floor spacing make him an intriguing prospect for programs seeking a reliable, low-maintenance forward who won't beat himself.
