Experienced Texas Tech Forward with Reliable Scoring Touch
Aaron Ross was a high-upside, veteran Texas Tech forward whose value came from efficient scoring, steady free-throw shooting, and the ability to give the Red Raiders a spark off the bench or in spot starts. In the 2015-16 season, he averaged 9.0 points and 2.8 rebounds in 27 games, led the team in free-throw percentage at 85.5%, and reached double figures 13 times.[1] He was also viewed as a tough cover because of his size, improved shot-making, and resilience after earlier health setbacks that slowed his development.[1][8]
