Jacob Carpenter is a 6-foot-3, 270-pound offensive lineman for Nicholls who redshirted after the 2024 season and was named to the 2025 Southland All-Academic team, a strong sign of discipline off the field. He entered as a three-year varsity starter at Evangel Christian and earned All-District honors three times, plus an All-City nod in 2023 after grading out at 90% on the line.
