Peter Bashore is emerging as a useful strike-throwing arm for Saint Joseph’s
In the 2026 season, Saint Joseph’s right-hander Peter Bashore has flashed real swing-and-miss ability, including a two-inning, four-strikeout shutout outing in the Hawks’ 11-10 win over Rider, which hints at a power reliever with mound presence. He’s a big-bodied 6-foot-3, 225-pound arm with a right-right profile, and his value is in the combination of size, amateur accolades, and the ability to miss bats when he’s on. The concern is command consistency, as his 2026 line includes a 10.61 ERA, but the upside is clear for teams betting on raw stuff and development.
