Andrew Huff is Lamar’s disruptive edge rusher with all-conference juice
In the 2025 season, Andrew Huff was a true tone-setter for Lamar, finishing with 60 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, and a team-best 6.5 sacks while adding a forced fumble, a blocked kick, and a pass breakup. He earned Southland Defensive Player of the Week twice and was named a 2026 STATS Perform Preseason All-America, which tells you the respect is real. What stands out is his finish and versatility: he can win off the edge, chase plays down, and create splash moments that swing drives. If your team wants a high-motor DE with production and edge energy, Huff fits.
