Ben Kolton brings a polished freshman arm with strikeout feel and two-way pedigree
Ben Kolton is a Central Michigan freshman RHP who arrives with a sturdy frame, real pitchability, and proven winning habits. In his 2025 prep season, he struck out 97 in 73 innings with a 2.30 ERA and a 7-4 record across 20 pitching appearances, showing the kind of competitiveness and strike-throwing that college staffs love. He also paired that with strong offensive production in high school, which hints at athleticism and toughness. The hook: a versatile, high-motor arm with upside, not a finished product.
