Utah State transfer WR sidelined by injury before 2025 impact window
Starling was a low-usage transfer from Western Kentucky to Utah State who showed limited production in 2024, then was ruled out for the 2025 season with an undisclosed injury, so the immediate value is more projection than proven output. He is a 6-foot receiver with enough positional versatility to contribute as a rotational piece, but his current appeal depends on health and whether he can turn sparse college reps into reliable depth at the next level.
