Boise State Freshman Bhan Buom: Raw 6'8" Frame with Untapped Potential
Bhan Buom, a lanky 6-8, 175-pound freshman forward for the Boise State Broncos, appeared in 22 games during the 2025-26 season, averaging 1.6 points, 0.5 rebounds, and 0.2 assists in limited 4-5 minutes per game with an efficient 60% FG (ESPN/247Sports). His career-high 11 points in a blowout win over San Jose State showcased scoring flashes, while high school pedigree at Wasatch Academy (2.0 APG leader in Nike Elite Youth Scholastic) hints at playmaking upside. Still raw and developing physically, Buom's length, athleticism, and maturity make him a intriguing long-term project for teams seeking versatile wings—perfect depth piece with NBA dreams.
