a proven shot-maker with real big-game pedigree
Isaiah Ross is a 6-foot-4 guard whose calling card has been scoring punch and perimeter shooting: in the 2020-21 season at Iona, he averaged 11.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game, and he previously flashed high-volume shooting at UMKC with 70 made threes and a 77.9% free-throw clip in his sophomore season. He’s the kind of guard teams like because he can stretch the floor, handle pressure without shrinking, and has shown he can deliver in winning moments. If you need a veteran backcourt scorer rather than a flashy stat-padder, Ross fits the bill.
