Jestin Porter brings veteran shot-making and late-season pop to Clemson
In the 2025-26 season, Clemson guard Jestin Porter averaged 9.6 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 27.0 minutes per game while starting 31 of 35 games, and he flashed his upside with a 16-point second half in Clemson’s win over No. 24 Louisville. Porter’s appeal is his combo of experience, perimeter scoring, and on-ball toughness; he also added about 1.2 steals per game and shot 34.8% from three. The downside: his efficiency dipped at times, so he fits best as a poised, floor-spacing guard who can be a sturdy secondary creator rather than a pure engine.
