Hunter Sloan brings veteran Ivy League edge to Monmouth’s front seven
Hunter Sloan, a 2025 Cornell transfer now with Monmouth, is a physical, versatile defender who logged 37 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks in the 2024 season and finished his Cornell career with 70 tackles, 7.5 TFLs, and 4.5 sacks across 30 games. He also showed real playmaking juice with a fumble-return touchdown and a 40-yard reception in 2024, which says a lot about his toughness and football IQ. If you want a linebacker/edge-type who brings experience, production, and a little bad news for quarterbacks, he fits the bill.
