Dennis Jones brings veteran playmaking and disruptive defense to Prairie View A&M
Jones’ best trait is his two-way guard profile: Prairie View A&M’s roster bio credits him with leading the SWAC in assists in 2017-18 at 5.2 per game while also ranking among the league’s better steal threats at 1.9 per game, with multiple games of double-digit assists showing real floor-general impact. He’s a fit if you want a steady organizer who can create for others, pressure the ball, and produce in the margins rather than rely on high-volume scoring. The main question is whether you need shot-creation more than table-setting.
