Mason Weaver brings a sturdy power arm and breakout buzz to Wofford’s staff
Weaver is a 6-foot-2 right-hander at Wofford who arrived with a strong high-school track record and has already shown summer-ball upside: in 2025, he was named Breakout Player of the Summer after posting 19 strikeouts and a 2.02 ERA in seven games for Saugerties. Wofford’s 2025 notes also credit him with a 1.48 ERA and 16-3 record in high school, which hints at competitiveness and strike-throwing ability. He looks like the kind of arm that can add depth, intensity, and momentum—especially if your staff values pitchability with room to keep climbing.
