Air Force’s steady junior long snapper with real game-action under his belt
In the 2025 season, Jake Helms appeared in one game for Air Force, and in 2026 he remains a junior long snapper on the Falcons’ roster, listed at 6-0 and 210 pounds from Westlake High in Austin. His value is the kind coaches love and fans barely notice until it matters: clean, reliable special-teams snaps, depth on a unit that prizes precision, and a résumé that suggests he’s trusted enough to keep traveling with the squad. If you need a low-drama, high-discipline special-teams piece, he fits the Air Force mold.
