Duke's Versatile Swingman Turned EuroBasket Standout & Free Agent
Jacob Grandison, the 6'6" USA-Finnish guard who wrapped his Duke career in 2022-23 averaging 8.3 PTS, 3.7 REB, and 2.0 AST at 44.3% FG, now shines internationally—averaging 6.0 PTS and 50% from deep for Finland in the 2025 European Championships (3 GP). A gritty transfer from Illinois with prior Holy Cross dominance (13.9 PPG career-high), his multi-positional versatility, rebounding tenacity for size, and seamless pro transition to leagues like Finnish Korisliiga and Boulazac make him a high-IQ glue guy. Ideal for teams needing efficient shooting, hustle, and international experience without ego.
