a low-mileage Columbia righty with Ivy upside and a clean freshman-to-junior climb
In the 2026 season, Columbia RHP Lucas Dixon made one mound appearance, tossing a scoreless inning with one hit allowed, one strikeout, and no walks after previously striking out in his 2025 debut—small sample, but the command looked tidy and the profile still carries upside. Listed at 6-foot-2, 205 pounds, he was a high-level high school arm at St. Francis, earning Perfect Game honorable mention recognition and serving as a team captain, which suggests competitiveness and maturity. He looks like a fit for a team that values strike-throwing, coachability, and untapped projection more than flashy stat volume.
