In the 2025-26 season, Violet McNece emerged as a high-impact shooter for Morehead State, starting 26 of 31 games and averaging 9.5 points and 3.1 assists while hitting 40% from three and knocking down 64 threes, fifth-most in the OVC. She’s a 6-foot guard who plays with a competitive edge, brings a winning background from Navy and back-to-back Missouri state titles in high school, and has shown real upside as a timely scorer after multiple 18-plus-point breakout games.
