Bryant freshman RHP Ian Carter brings starter’s frame and upside
Ian Carter is a 6-foot-2, 195-pound right-hander listed on Bryant’s 2027 roster and as a true freshman newcomer on the Bulldogs’ 2026 pitching staff, which suggests he arrived with real developmental upside rather than finished polish[1][2]. The appeal is the starter’s build and the fact that Bryant included him among its incoming arms as it reshapes the rotation, a sign he’s in the mix for meaningful innings if his stuff plays early[1][2].
