Massive, battle-tested right tackle with proven pass-protection upside
Washington entered Syracuse in 2024 as a 6-9, 340-pound transfer with real starting experience, and in the 2024 season he started every game at right tackle, earned honorable mention All-ACC, and allowed just three sacks on 674 dropbacks while helping power Syracuse’s record-setting passing attack.[1] His best traits are length, anchor strength, and heavy hands—he can sit down against bull rushes, move bodies in the run game, and has shown enough agility to work on pulls and reach blocks.[1][3][8] The concern is that his tape has been affected by injury at times, but when healthy he looks like a clear plug-in starter for a team that wants size and pass-protection stability.[11][14]
