LJ Green gives Tulane a savvy, physical corner with real game reps
In the 2025 season, Tulane CB LJ Green showed starter-level usefulness with 14 tackles, 2 pass breakups, and a fumble recovery in 12 games, after logging 27 tackles, 6 PBUs, and 2 interceptions in 2024 at Troy. He stands out for experience, toughness, and versatility, plus he was recognized as a preseason All-AAC-caliber defender entering 2025. The fit is clear: he looks like a dependable, competitive outside corner who can hold up in coverage and make timely plays, though he is more “steady adult in the room” than flash-machine.
