veteran UC Davis linebacker with compact, reliable frame
In the 2026 season, Tristan McMurry is a 6-foot, 225-pound graduate-student linebacker for UC Davis who brings veteran size, experience, and a ready-made college body to the Aggies’ defense. UC Davis listed him as active in 2026, and the available roster/box-score info suggests he is more of a depth-and-rotation piece than a high-volume stat producer right now, with no season statistics recorded yet. If you want a steady, experienced linebacker who looks built for special teams and physical play, he fits; if you need an instant headline-making tackler, the current production isn’t there yet.
