Hyron Edwards brings veteran defense-first guard play to Colorado State
In the 2019-20 season, Hyron Edwards was a steady redshirt senior guard for Colorado State, appearing in all 32 games and averaging 4.0 points, 2.1 assists, 1.8 rebounds, and 17.8 minutes per game while drawing praise as one of the Rams’ top defenders[1]. His value goes beyond box scores: he was trusted in bench minutes, provided ball pressure, and brought veteran poise after a long layoff from competitive basketball. If a team wants a low-drama, defense-minded guard who can stabilize possessions and compete hard, Edwards fits that mold[1][3].
