Navy's Clutch Undersized Guard with Game-Winning Grit
Hasan Abdullah, the 5-10 Navy Midshipmen point guard from Pinson, AL, delivered career NCAA averages of 8.8 PPG, 3.0 RPG, and 3.4 APG while shooting 37.7% FG, but stood out with clutch heroics like his game-winning putback in a 50-48 thriller over Holy Cross and a 15-point, 10-rebound double-double in Navy's 66-59 win vs. Morgan State (2017). Named Navy Athlete of the Week after a scorching 78.6% FG (11-14) and 80% from three (8-10) game with 12 boards, his relentless intensity, rebounding tenacity, and poise make him a differentiator—perfect for teams needing a fearless, high-IQ leader who thrives in tight spots.
