Frost has already shown she can shoulder a staff load for North Carolina, including a 2026 season line of 10-7 with a 5.44 ERA and 72 strikeouts, plus a complete-game win that UNC said was just its third complete game by a pitcher since 2023. She was also a 2024 AAC Pitcher of the Week at ECU after a run of 0.86 ERA pitching, which points to real swing-and-miss ability when locked in.
