Big, steady lead guard who brings poise and toughness
Caupain is a 6'4" point guard whose value has long come from size, composure, and reliable two-way guard play rather than flashy scoring; he was a key Cincinnati playmaker in college and has continued his pro career in Europe, including recent action in Spain and Turkey. His differentiators are his strong decision-making, sturdy frame for the position, and veteran feel under pressure, which make him attractive if you want a stabilizing floor general who can run a team and defend bigger guards.
