Skip Shenosky brings a big-frame, strikeout-minded look to Penn State’s rotation
In the 2025 season, the 6-foot-5 right-hander logged 29.2 innings for Penn State, striking out 19 while making 12 appearances and six starts, and he also showed he can handle multiple innings when needed. His earlier Wake Forest track record — 49 strikeouts in 42.2 innings across 2023-24 — hints at a pitcher who can miss bats, and he’s already flashed swing-and-miss offspeed stuff in Penn State appearances. The fit is appealing if you want a durable, high-upside arm with starter traits and room to sharpen consistency.
