Steve Angeli brings efficient, high-end QB upside to Syracuse
Angeli profiles as a poised, accurate quarterback with starter-caliber efficiency: in 2025 he threw for 1,317 yards, 10 touchdowns and just 2 interceptions, and Syracuse lists his career completion rate at 66.1% with 2,089 passing yards and 20 touchdowns.[4][5] At 6-foot-3, 212 pounds, he has the size and arm talent to run a more complete passing game, and his prior ranking as a 2025 247Sports four-star-style prospect (ranked 88) reflects real national pedigree.[3] He also brings experience and resilience after a torn Achilles in September 2025, which matters for durability and timeline fit.[8]
