Charles Outlaw brings efficient, high-upside size to UMass’s frontcourt
In the 2025-26 season, Charles Outlaw is a 6-foot-9 junior forward/center for Massachusetts who gives the Minutemen a clean, low-mistake interior option with proven finishing touch after shooting 73.3% as a sophomore at Trinity Valley CC and helping win an NJCAA national title. He’s still early in his Division I arc, but that’s the appeal: a physical rim runner and rebounder with a fast-learning upside, plus a notable basketball pedigree as the son of former NBA forward Bo Outlaw.
