Max Doninger brings sneaky on-base value and infield flexibility for Saint Peter’s
In the 2026 season, Max Doninger has been a steady contact-oriented piece for Saint Peter’s, with official team stats showing a .282 batting average and a .627 OPS, plus 22 hits and 14 runs in 78 at-bats. He’s also shown situational value — including an RBI single against Georgetown, a three-hit, two-RBI day versus Niagara, and a steal against Lafayette — which suggests a player who competes, doesn’t shrink in bigger moments, and can help a roster with scrappy, reliable at-bats rather than loud power.
