Harley is a seasoned redshirt senior cornerback who gave James Madison meaningful snaps in 2025, appearing in eight games after transferring in from Maryland and Villanova. His value is the kind coaches love: veteran experience, positional versatility, and steady, assignment-sound play rather than splashy ball-hawking numbers. In 2024 at Maryland, he logged 16 tackles and a pass breakup, and he also earned JMU Athletic Director’s Scholar-Athlete honors in fall 2025.
