Isaac Thornton brings veteran guard savvy and steady shot-making to San Jose State
In the 2025-26 season, Isaac Thornton profiles as a seasoned, low-drama backcourt piece who can stretch the floor and keep an offense organized, with career shooting splits showing respectable efficiency from three and the free-throw line. He has long been trusted enough to log heavy minutes at San Jose State, and his resume includes a program top-10 mark for free throws made in a season, a nice clue that he plays with composure. If your team needs an experienced guard who understands spacing, tempo, and role acceptance, he fits the bill; if you need a high-usage shot creator, this is not that guy.
