Justin Batts brings switch-hitting upside and two-way utility for Delaware State
Justin Batts is a versatile Delaware State catcher/infielder who showed real pop in the 2025 season, hitting .256 with 4 home runs, 6 doubles, 15 RBIs, and 33 hits in 38 games, while also logging 18.2 innings on the mound and earning a win with 14 strikeouts. The selling point is the blend: he can impact a game with the bat, handle multiple spots, and add emergency pitching depth. For a team, that makes him a rugged, flexible roster fit with competitive value beyond the box score.
