Kyran Bourda brings size, power, and upside to Texas State’s defensive front
Bourda is a 6-foot-3, 295-pound defensive lineman with a strong power profile: EA Sports grades him well in tackle, power moves, block shedding, pursuit, and toughness, and Texas State’s official roster lists him as a sophomore transfer from Arizona State. In 2025, he logged limited action for Texas State, with one assisted tackle and a half tackle for loss, so his value is still more about projection than production. His reported season-ending injury earlier in his career is worth monitoring, but if you want a physical interior DL with developmental upside, he fits the mold.
